How do I order a print?

Upload your file via the app, choose a nearby print shop, select your paper settings, and choose either pickup or delivery. You'll get a real-time notification when it's ready!

Can I choose the paper type and print settings?

Yes! You can select paper size (A4, F4, A3), paper type (HVS, Art Paper, etc.), color mode, and finishing options (staples, binding) directly in the app.

What if I need to cancel an order?

You can cancel an order as long as the merchant hasn't started printing yet. Check the order status in the 'Activity' tab.

How does delivery work?

We use student couriers (PrintIn Drivers) to deliver prints within campus areas. Delivery fee is flat Rp 5.000 for standard distance.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Absolutely. Choose "Self Pickup" at checkout to save on delivery fees. The app will notify you when it's ready to grab.

How long does printing and delivery take?

Printing usually takes 15-30 minutes depending on the queue. Delivery takes another 15-20 minutes within campus.

How do I become a PrintIn merchant or driver?

Download the app and go to "Profile" > "Register as Partner". You can choose to register your print shop or sign up as a student courier.

Do merchants set their own prices?

Yes, merchants have full control over their price list for paper, binding, and other services.

Can I be both a merchant and a driver?

Currently, you need separate accounts for managing a shop vs. delivering orders to ensure smooth operations.
